Our Zero-Tolerance Approach to Bullying, Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Victimisation

At Ascentis, we are committed to promoting and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees.

We operate a strict zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation, and any other form of inappropriate conduct. We will not tolerate such behaviour towards our employees from anyone, including colleagues, managers, centres, customers, suppliers, contractors, associates, visitors, or any other third party.

Everyone who works for or engages with Ascentis is expected to treat others with dignity, courtesy, and respect. Any behaviour that undermines an individual’s dignity, creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment, or otherwise breaches our standards of conduct, will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to prevent bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and to fostering a culture where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation. We strongly encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses such behaviour in their course of working with us to report it to us so we can investigate promptly and take the appropriate action, with appropriate support provided to those affected and measures taken to prevent recurrence.

We expect our centres, customers and suppliers and anyone interacting with us to have their own policy in place and to take action to prevent and deal with bullying and harassment appropriately.

We believe everyone has the right to work in an environment where they feel safe, valued and respected, and we expect our employees, and all those who interact with our employees to uphold these standards at all times.
