IDL Phonics

IDL Phonics lessons are carefully structured so that, after initial instruction, pupils can progress with minimal adult support.

Clear modelling, audio guidance, interactive activities and instant feedback allow learners to practise and consolidate skills independently. This helps pupils build confidence while supporting classroom efficiency and reducing teacher workload.

While designed to support independent learning, IDL Phonics lessons can also be delivered as part of whole-class phonics teaching.

Teachers can project lessons onto interactive whiteboards, enabling:
