Our action plan looks at mental, physical, financial, environmental and social aspects of wellbeing. The strategy is reviewed regularly and is communicated through activities, awareness days and internal communications.
- Gender Pay Gap
We are passionate about creating an inclusive culture at Ascentis and as part of this, we have been working on our Gender Pay Gap Action Plan.
This has resulted in a decrease in the Gender Pay Gap from 27% in 2018 to 8% in 2021. We are continuing to work on ongoing actions, to ensure that the gap continues to decrease.
