From the 31st March 2026, IDL will be fully integrated into our parent company, Ascentis, an educational charity and leading awarding organisation. This is a positive step for IDL and we’re really looking forward to what comes next.
What Does This Mean for our customers?
- It’s Business as Usual – Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we want to reassure you there will be no changes to the service we provide. You’ll continue working with the same friendly team and receiving the same high level of support you’re used to.
- Some Website Updates – You may notice a few updates to our website as we reflect this change and align things behind the scenes.
- Updated Payment Details – We’ll be sharing updated details for future payments. Don’t worry — everything will be clearly communicated to make the transition smooth and straightforward.
- Data Protection – As part of the integration, we’re also updating our Data Protection and privacy information to keep everything fully aligned with current regulations. Your data will continue to be handled securely and responsibly.
