Today is Youth Mental Health Awareness Day, and we`re celebrating the determination, creativity, and resilience of young people. This year`s theme, #BuildFutureYou, is all about helping young people build for the future, one step at a time.
At IDL, we understand that academic progress and emotional wellbeing are closely connected. Frustration, embarrassment, and setbacks can chip away at confidence, making learners less eager to participate and engage at school. π
