This comes at a prominent time for us with the recent launch of our IDL Numeracy intervention programme – developed specifically to help school pupils with dyscalculia and those struggling with maths.

As sufferers of dyscalculia often have terrible maths anxiety the product has been designed as a multi-sensory game to improve pupils’ maths ability in a fun and engaging way. Since its launch in September 2018 more than 200 schools in the UK are now using IDL Numeracy.

Its dyslexia counterpart IDL Literacy is used by over 40 000 pupils in more than 2000 schools across the UK. In October 2018 the software won the National Association of Special Educational Needs (NASEN’s) Effective Technology/ Resource Award for its effectiveness in helping people with dyslexia and special educational needs.

The Red Rose Awards provides a platform to promote success with the aim of encouraging trade within Lancashire. We will be at the Winter Gardens on 14th March eagerly waiting for the winners to be announced.
