Did you know we offer complimentary bespoke one to one online training held via Microsoft Teams?

Our personalised training sessions are customised to address your specific IDL needs.

To book a one-to-one training session, head to the ‘Training’ tab on the left hand side of your IDL Admin site to fill out a request form.

Your request will be forwarded to our dedicated customer service team, who will arrange the training session for you. You will receive a confirmation email once this has been accepted, and a link to join the session.

In the ‘Training’ tab you can also join one of our scheduled online training sessions, or watch our helpful video guides to refresh your knowledge.
