Henry Winkler is an actor, director and author who has dyslexia and difficulty with maths. On Happy Days, he played “The Fonz,” a role so iconic that his character’s jacket now hangs in the Smithsonian. Winkler also visits schools to talk about learning issues. To honour his educational work, the Queen of England made him an Honorary Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 2011.
We Need You – Something New for 2019!
We are currently seeking schools to participate in local Twilight/Cluster Sessions, where the hosting school will invite schools in the local authority to attend the session. IDL Literacy & IDL Numeracy will be demonstrated, along with Q&A session for you to ask your Interventions Adviser anything at all. In return we will provide the hosting school with sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and refreshments for the session. IDL Literacy and IDL Numeracy provide a time-saving and cost-effective way to support students with low level literacy and numeracy ability. Our programmes fulfil the needs of students across the UK and provide tutors with easy to access and simple ways to monitor progress, giving you peace of mind that IDL is working effectively. IDL is great value for money! The costs for multi-user site licences for IDL which includes home access as well as access on iPad and Android devices are as follows:
- IDL Literacy: £399+VAT for a primary school or £599+VAT for a secondary school. Beyond this there is an annual renewal fee of just £199+VAT.
- IDL Numeracy: £399+VAT for primary and secondary schools. Beyond this there is an annual renewal fee of £299+VAT.
- Bundles are available for Primary & Secondary Schools if you wish to purchase both IDL Literacy & Numeracy.
This represents a huge saving on cost in comparison to our competitors.
