IDL Wellbeing is coming soon
IDL are delighted to announce the upcoming launch of our industry-leading Wellbeing programme. Following 2 years of development alongside a psychologist, this programme has been developed using contemporary theories and mindfulness practices. IDL Wellbeing adopts an integrated approach to support children, aged 7 -13, to understand and address unwelcome emotions as well as encourage positive ones.
Developed in response to the impact of Covid; rising demand from schools; and new Ofsted requirements, the new IDL Wellbeing programme aims to support children's mental health and welfare and allows schools to demonstrate that pupils are helped to develop their resilience and confidence alongside learning how to keep mentally healthy.
IDL Wellbeing is a simple to use product that schools can use to help nurture good mental health for their pupils. It includes tools and techniques children can use together or individually to help improve their resilience, emotional awareness, and mindfulness.
We are hosting a series of CPD Certified Wellbeing and Mental Toughness Training events in January where you can also find out more about IDL Wellbeing. Find out more or book your free place here.
